Youtube unveils a new look design of their website last December 1, 2011. It's quite more complicated but will be more interesting because it has a lot of features. For me its like Facebook layout or Google plus social networking or whatsoever. According to the Google blog, it has 3 better updates that improved Youtube's homepage.

A new homepageThe YouTube homepage is your gateway to a vast entertainment universe. To help you get more into YouTube, we’re making it easier to find and follow great Channels when you arrive. On the left side of the homepage you can create your own, personal, customizable YouTube Channel line-up. Sign-in, or create a YouTube account. Then you can browse recommended Channels; customize your homepage’s feed; even link your YouTube account to Google+ and Facebook to see what your friends are sharing. The new homepage feed we launched earlier this year is now front and center on the homepage. You can switch between feeds by clicking on different Channels on the left.

This tips gives you an idea on how to convert and play downloaded videos from youtube and any other media sites into your cell phone. How to play different video formats with no problem?

I have a recent post about on how to download youtube videos easily. This is the reason why I posted this article in relation to that because youtube videos has also different video formats. If you were not able to play after you've downloaded the videos from youtube, probably this tips will be a solution to that problem. First of all I'm not promoting this application but actually this is a free software. I just want to help those people who don't have enough knowledge on how to play different video formats like of these below with the file extension of:

flv
mp4
avi,
divx/xvid
3gp
mkv
wmv
mov
and many more!

Well anyway there are a lot of applications over the net in order to play these kind of video formats. In order to play probably all these formats you should have installed codecs in your computer specially if you're using pre installed media player like windows media. Windows media cannot play all these formats if no codecs installed. By the way what is codecs? I'm talking about codecs for videos. Codecs is capable of encoding and decoding data in order to play digital media or stream.
Now, I will share to you some applications that might able to play several video format I've mentioned above. VLC player is one of them that can play almost formats of videos but I don't like its interface and its not user friendly for me. Also, windows essentials but it cannot play some formats. I will not mentioned any other more. I just want to share only what I'm using right now. I'm using Klite codecs from windows media classic player. It has a simple interface but I tell you it can play almost formats of videos with no problem. Easy to use and easy to load videos. So if you are convinced with this tips you can download it below.

In managing your blog/site, you should have more thoughts or ideas on how to make it organized and developed specially in increasing more traffic and page views. Attracting visitors is one way of increasing traffic.

I found in some other blog, and many are using this kind of widget that can attract the readers to continue on searching and reading the articles related to their blog. And they can find it very interesting. This widget I'm talking about is LinkWithin.

I was using related posts widget before and that widget is called LinkWithin. This widget was very nice because it has an image of the thumbnail in my posts. You can really appreciate this cool widget because it is very easy to install in just 2 minutes. Unfortunately, I noticed that there was problem with this widget. One time, I deleted the old post in my blog for some reasons and I found out that this widget is still showing deleted post. I removed the widget and reinstall it again thinking that it would not include the deleted post anymore but still the deleted post appeared in my blog. So it's useless any more for some visitors in my blog to view related post that can not be opened. I decided to removed this widget and I Googled other widget similar with LinkWithin. Fortunately I found a blog with the post titled Related Posts Widget for Blogger with Thumbnails. Although this widget is not so easy to install because you need to delete and replace some HTML code in your blog with the new code coming from that blog but if you followed the instructions correctly and accordingly it will work well in your blog. Also you can customized it according to the text and color you want. This widget hack works well in my blog. Therefore, I could say that LinkWithin is just simple script and easy to install but then it has problems regarding with deleted post while on manual script I could say that although its more complicated to install but you can customized it and I don't see any problems with it as of now.

Some people might have getting difficulty in downloading youtube videos. Here are some most probably 2 easy steps that will help download and other flash video streaming. First, if you are going to download videos directly from youtube, you are going to open your browser and open this link then you will see the enter url to download. Put the url of the videos that you copied from youtube then click download. Another one is by using software downloader like youtube downloader, youtube grabber and many more but the most easiest and fastest tool to download for me is the IDM or Internet Download Manager. If you have downloaded and installed it, every time you open youtube videos and played it there will be a green pop-up download hint in the upper right of the video just click it and it will begin with the download. Another good thing is that it can also download mp3 files and other audio format for free just try to open any audio streaming sites. Lastly, my friends asked me on how to download malibog and iyottube videos? Perhaps, this is the fastest and easiest way to download any media streaming files on the net.

Audio delay problem. (fix)

Fix for the Audio Video sync problem:

The Problem:

The Audio is delayed by 2900 ms == 2.9 seconds - plus - it‘s too long for the normal 29.970 fps (frames per second), it needs to be 29.989 fps.

This way the Audio starts at the correct time and the video rate lines up with the Audio.

The Solution:
- - - - - - -

TO FIX I used: "AviDemux" from: http://avidemux.sourceforge.net/

Download the ZIP file under ‘Windows‘ - 2.5.2 ZIP from either link: Berlios.de or SourceForge.

Note: This program (using the zip file) is StandAlone so no install is required.

Just extract the files to somewhere you‘re going to use it from (eg: Downloads or DownloadsRun or DownloadsRunAviDemux ).

Click the applcation called: avidemux2_gtk

Once AviDemux is running, it‘s easy to change an MP4‘s sync and rate - which is what the problem is here.

AviDemux program
- - - - - - - - -
- Drag and drop the MP4 file (Avatar.mp4) into the AviDemux
-or-
- Open it using File | Open | etc..

- Under Video - leave it on ‘Copy‘

- Under Audio - leave it on ‘Copy‘

- check the ‘Shift‘ box
- type the negative number: -2900

- Under Format: select ‘MP4‘

- On the Top Menu: Click ‘Video‘ go down to ‘Frame Rate‘ type the exact number: 29.989 then click: OK

- Select the range using the bottom slider to ‘mark‘ the ‘start‘ and ‘end‘ of the Copy you‘re making.

- With the slider at the beginning of the movie: click button: A

- Next with the slider at the end of the movie: click button: B

- Now you are ready: click the ‘Save‘ button and select a name (eg: Avatar-fix.mp4)

Note: No encoding is done so it‘s very Fast and there is No Loss of Quality !!!

Note2: If you want to encode/burn to a dvd you‘ll most likely have to rencode it from the fixed 29.989 delayed 2.9 secs copy you just made to a remuxed copy. This is since some dvd software assumes (and will set) the frame rate back to the standard 29.970 and ignore the Audio delay you put in. Your dvd will be out of sync the same as the download was.

You can use AviDux to do this, however that is beyond the scope of what I‘m trying to help you with here.
